Lately, Android smartphone manufacturers have become much better at releasing updates for new OS versions, especially for middle and lower class models.
Although not all devices, there is progress here, especially from teams like Samsung and Nokia.
Speaking of Nokia, HMD Global has just rolled out an Android 10 (Go Edition) update for Nokia 1 phones from 2018.
Nokia 1 was launched with Android Oreo (Go Edition), an OS version that is specifically designed to be able to run on very affordable devices.
And now accepts the latest OS iterations, and the system takes up less space and is more optimized for minimalist specifications. Applications are also smaller and more efficient too.

Launches are currently underway for Nokia 1 owners in Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam.
In the first wave, 10% of users in the above countries will receive it today, 50% at the end of July 10, and 100% on July 12.
