Microsoft has announced that a redesign of the Outlook for Mac application will launch in October.
The preparation itself has been done by Microsoft since last year, MacRumours reported the company has redesigned the outlook for the Mac.
According to Microsoft, one of the main changes they made was in terms of design. This design update makes it easier to use.
The company said, that the new outlook for Mac has been made specifically for Mac, including the latest macOS Big Sur.
In the latest design, users will find rounded corners in the buttons, message lists, and conversation panels influenced by Big Sur. The light and airy design use a white surface to increase the contrast of text and icons. This helps Outlook feel natural on the OS while still using elements from Microsoft’s design.
So far, Apple hasn’t announced a release date for macOS Big Sur, but Microsoft says a new Outlook design is ready to roll.
