Although it’s fairly new, Call of Duty: Mobile managed to overtake the number of downloads from a very popular game, PUBG Mobile.
According to a report from SensorTower, Call of Duty: Mobile gets more than 250 million downloads in just 265 days on Android and iOS. That previously beat the record from 236 million downloads held by PUBG Mobile.
Also, this game generates more revenue than other ‘Battle Royale’ mobile games in the same period. Call of Duty: Mobile has just been launched on Android and iOS on October 1, 2019, ago.
Since then, that mobile game have accumulated more than 250 million downloads compared to 237 million downloads by PUBG Mobile and 78 million by Fortnite Mobile.
Furthermore, CoD Mobile received the highest response in the United States with 18% of the total installations (45 million downloads). The top and third countries respectively are India and Brazil, as reported by Gizmochina, Thursday (6/25).
Not only that, Call of Duty: Mobile also approves the payment of two other games in terms of global user payments within the first 265 days. This generates $327 million, which is 78% more than PUBG Mobile and 83% higher than Fortnite Mobile.
Noted, the best performing month was in October 2019 with $55 million, received by May 2020 with $53 million. Once again, the US re-ordered its first order, this time in about 41% ($134 million) of total revenue. Meanwhile, Japan is ranked second and Brazil in third.
